Coach Michelle has lived this process for more than 30 years on a journey of personal discovery, self reflecting and making internal observations to analyse the links between foods, thoughts, whats happening in certain life moments, natures seasonal cycles & more. Living across the planet and making forced adjustments  to eating that proved to be beneficial at times.

So much generic information out there and food experts but without personalised self knowledge, physical and mental health, along with weight are never truly aligned. Once struggling with IBS, allergies, unhealthy cravings, and even self-destructive eating habits, being a once burger, crisp and alcohol addict, she knows the cycles of craving, binging and then self loathing, now transformed her relationship with food, her thoughts & commitment to the animals, insects and soil. Neurofeedback, applied neuroscience & conscious food choices helped her break cycles of craving, bingeing & self-loathing. The UK full of ‘functional’ addicts where it be for alcohol, drugs or food, Coach Michelle’s journey has given her deeply powerful lived experience that now supports clients and friends to health on a multidisciplinary level.

She knows what it feels like to be stuck in habits that don’t serve your body or mind & she also knows the freedom of living with energy, health & self-trust thats linked to the environment around her.

Michelle’s approach to food is not rigid or one-size-fits-all. There are no foods that are permanently “off-limits” instead, it’s about balance, awareness & sustainability. Today, her shopping choices are guided by:
